I really love soup in the fall
Soups and stews are my favorite fall comfort food.
The last couple of years I have been totally loving soup with dumplings – Zsu’s comforting noodle soup would be perfect for a crisp Fall evening!
My favorite fall comfort food is baked vegan mac and cheese with meatloaf and steamed vegetables.
My fav fall comfort food is pot pie!!!! ummmm

I have a shepherdless pie that I make with tofu and veggies topped with tons of homemade mashed potatoes!

Anything with pumpkin in it! Pumpkin cookies, pumpkin bread, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin waffles. You get the idea.
My favorite fall comfort food is…ALL OF THEM! 😛 In all seriousness though, I’d have to say it’s either apple crisp, or hot, steamy, vegetable soup with warm, fluffy, crusty, bread.
Mine is chili and anything with pumpkin, oh and apple crisp. 🙂

My favorite comfort food is rice with steamed vegies. And it’s been that way long before I went plant based. I also really like spaghetti sauce. Well, anything with cooked tomatoes is good. This cookbook looks great. Hope I win! 🙂
I like to make various kinds of soup and mac and cheese(in a slow cooker). Also, any and all desserts with pumpkin.

So many favorite foods, mostly carbs, like mashed potatoes & gravy, noodles, & dumplings with stew. I’m so looking forward to fall!

steel cut oatmeal from the crockpot, pancakes with smashed frozen berries and anything with pumpkin,,, lots of black bean soup!
