Thanks, Robin, for all the great cookbooks over the years! There are a couple of recipes in “Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker” that I turn to time and time again. (The Cauliflower-Kidney Bean Stew in Coconut Milk and the No-Hurry Curry.) So delicious! I have so many of your other books, including the vegan slow cooker one, but it was that first slow cooker book that inspired me the most, with just the simple admonition to sauté my aromatics before adding them to the pot. So obvious, once someone points it out! Keep up the good work!
