I love asparagus — it is so expensive most of the year I love it when Spring rolls around and I can afford to serve it all kinds of ways (sauteed with lots of garlic, in a rice salad, etc.)

I love asparagus, zucchini and baby greens but most of all I love fiddleheads. I love them steamed and tossed in pasta with herbs and olive oil.
